What Are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are substances created inside aromatic plants that are both volatile (they evaporate) and oil soluble (they easily mix with oils and fats). These volatile liquids can distilled from the seeds, bark, leaves, stems, toots, flowers and fruits of plants. They are the plant's immune system and acts to protect the plant in their environment.
The quality of doTERRA's essential oils allows for them to be used aromatically and topically. Because of the quality of production and the extensive testing that is performed, these oils can be taken internally.
How Do I Use Essential Oils?
Essential oils embody the regenerating, protective and immune-strengthening properties of plants.
